- "Project" — The primary unit for managing writing works on Spindle, which includes story structure, characters, notes, and manuscripts.

3.1. You must be at least 13 years old to use Spindle services. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained permission from your parent or legal guardian.
3.2. By creating an account, you warrant that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.
3.3. Users are allowed to have more than one account. However, you are fully responsible for all accounts you create and all activities that occur under them. Spindle reserves the right to suspend or delete any account used for purposes contrary to these Terms and Conditions.

6. User Content and Intellectual Property
6.1. Content Ownership. You retain all intellectual property rights to the User Content you create on Spindle. Your stories, characters, manuscripts, notes, and all your creative works belong entirely to you.
6.2. License to Spindle. By storing User Content on the platform, you grant Spindle a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Spindle respects your privacy. We use your data solely to provide the services and will never sell your personal data to third parties.
